Premier Desert Properties of which I am Broker/Owner came
about when I left one of the large franchises and started my own company.
I pride myself on not being a "big team". While that seems to be
the trend today I still hold to the belief that my clients want to talk with
me and not a layer of assistants or team members who do not know what is
going on with their transaction. When you list or buy from me you will talk
to me, straight talk, not double talk. Locating a property, writing a contract,
getting a lender, having an appraisal are all steps in a transaction and
I am your one point information on all these items. Just ask for a list of
my clients, give them a call and ask me about my real estate strategy to
grow your family's investment.
Finding a home for you and your family is important
and I take locating the home you want my first priority. Schools, shopping,
proximity to work, special needs are so critical when selecting the place
you call "home".
Green Valley has grown just as Las Vegas has and I admit I love Green Valley.
It is my home. My wife and I live in the heart of Green Valley. My son graduated
in 1996 from Green Valley High where we cheered many a football game. Its
close proximity to the airport, shopping, the Strip, Lake Mead, to name a
few places make it a great location.
Listening is what I do, what you want, not what I want you to want. Whether
you need to sell a home quickly or find your dream home, I guarantee you
results. My reputation is built on the attention I give to my client's needs
and desires and most importantly following up to see that those needs are
reached.
Maggie does exist, she is my basset hound that I adopted from the basset
rescue organization after I lost my other basset, Lady Bell. Our pets have
special needs and if you need something special for your pet just tell me,
as a fellow animal lover I understand your concerns.
My personal slogan is "Uncommon Commitment – Proven Results" and
that says it all! Call me for your real estate concerns and put me
to work for you!
